Murdo Macfarlane wrote many poems, songs and pipe tunes. His poetry was taken up by the band Na h- Òganaich in the 1970’s.
As part of her recent lecture to the Society, Margaret Macleod, the band singer formed a collection of the poems, songs and tunes.
